The varnish is the theme of this part

CVL does NOT use cover, wrap, resin or each type of cover so the shell is free to vibrate and to exalt the sound of wood thanks to lacquer varnishes. 

CVL develops and designs varnishes to warranty:

• High elasticity
• Great endurance and lower yellowing
• High shot strength
• Thin thickness
• Great brillliance and lacquer result

A long and hard working-process made completely by hand by skilled workers, that are able to apply many thin layers of lacquer/varnish without defects, leaving the best smooth surface.
Thank to the experience the shell could vibrate and thanks to the attention on production CVL is able to give 3 years of warranty from production defaults to the customers and to varnish a shell with the same finish of your drums after years.
